Lead Pastor
Pastor Todd and his wife, Ruth Ann, have been married since 1989. They have four children and six grandchildren. They have served as missionaries with Ethnos 360 Bible Insitute and churches in Michigan prior to serving at Shoreline church. Pastor Todd’s diverse career background includes military service in the US Navy and about a million miles as a professional truck driver with various companies. With so much travel in his background, his favorite place is home… especially when the grandkids are around! Pastor Todd graduated from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary in 2013 with a Master of Divinity degree. He was ordained as an elder in the Church of the United Brethren in Christ in 2016. He loves being a part of the UB denomination! His hobbies include reading, building Lego kits, and, of course, spending time with the grandchildren.

Tracy Hartlage
Ministry Assistant: Children and Youth
Tracy has been serving in the children's ministry here at Shoreline since 2012 in various roles. In 2015 she became the Children’s Ministry Director and in 2023 Student Ministries Director was added to her role. Prior to moving back to Oak Harbor from Fort Wayne in 2011 she had served her previous churches in various ways as a nursery worker, Sunday and Wednesday teacher, and Children's Church Director. Of all the elements of ministry that Tracy has worked with, equipping students with scripture memory and foundational truths to take on their faith journey is where her passion lies. Tracy and her husband Jeff reside in Oak Harbor. In their “spare” time they love to spend time with their grandchildren (9 so far!!) and traveling.

Lauren Gackstetter
Social Ministries Director
Lauren has been serving as social ministries director at Shoreline since 2020. Lauren works to communicate with the Shoreline family and the community as a whole through several media platforms including our website, social media pages, and the Shoreline App. She has also served on Shoreline's Worship Team since 2014. Lauren currently resides in Oak Harbor where she has lived with her husband and their 5 children since 2011. Lauren is also the founder of a Christian nonprofit organization "Jacob's Joy" which provides support to families experiencing pregnancy or infant loss.
